OUR POLICIES

Payment Methods Accepted Policy

We accept the following methods of payments: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards and select Payment Applications.

Cash – On-location (i.e. Vendor Booth, Merchant station) only.

Credit/Debit Cards – We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. In order to process your card we must have the exact billing address and telephone number that is on file with your Bank or Credit Card Company. Any incorrect or inaccurate information provided at the time of purchase will result in a delay with processing your order. Your credit/debit card will be charged immediately after your order has been successful processed in our system. 

Payment Applications – We accept payments Apple Pay, and Google Pay all via Shopify Payments. The use of these payment applications is subject to the Terms and Conditions of each specific application, as utilized, when processing your order.


Sales Tax Policy
All orders will include local sales tax. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. ShopHipHop.com™ is not responsible for delays due to customs.


Order Policy

Online Orders – To place an online order 24 hours a day, simply select the product(s) you would like to purchase, add the product(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. We provide secure checkout so that your information is kept secure and safe during your shopping experience with us.

  

Product Availability Policy
If you place an order and the product you purchase is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to notify you on the status of the product(s). At that time, you will have the option to edit your order and request a different product offer or you can request to cancel your order and your payment will not be processed, all funds will be released back to your debit/credit card. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refunds to be released back to your banking institution.

 

Order Fulfillment Policy
Orders are fulfilled during normal business operating hours, Monday through Friday, typically between 9:00AM and 6:00PM EST. All in-stock orders will be processed within 72 hours. Processing time for orders placed on the weekend or national holiday will not begin until the following business day.

All orders will receive an order acknowledgement immediately via email to the email address provided during the checkout process.

 

Fraudulent Orders Policy
Through our merchant account we automatically check orders for obvious signs of fraud and/or allow us to set the fraud conditions through our processing system. For all credit/debit you will be required to enter your CVV (card verification value) code. To assist with the prevention of fraud, additional verification can be requested before the order can be processed. 
 
We have the right to cancel and/or prosecute all fraudulent orders to the fullest extent of the law.  

 

Shipping Policy

Customers will be provided with flat-rate ground shipping for all orders within the continental United States. All packages left at the shipping address are the responsible of the customer and no longer the responsibility of ShopHipHop.com™

All in stock orders are estimated to ship within 72 hours (business operating hours). Once your order ships, expect it to arrive to you within 3-5 business days for standard shipping (continental U.S. only).

International orders will be processed with 72 hours based on availability of product and arrival schedule will be included within your shipping confirmation. International orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

All orders placed outside of normal business operating hours (including holidays and weekends) will be processed the following business day. 

ShopHipHop.com™ via UPS, FedEx and USPS. All customers will receive a confirmation that contains a tracking number once your item has shipped. If all items in your purchase are not shipped at the same time you will receive multiple confirmation emails with individual tracking numbers for when the item(s) is shipped.


Refused, Failed, or Incorrect Delivery Policy
In order to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner please make sure that all your shipping information is current and accurate. We ask that you check your shipping address prior to confirming your order including your apartment number, street extension (ST, RD, DR, etc.). It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information. 

Orders in need of an address change, after receiving an order confirmation, will be assessed a $10 fee to make the corrections. A $10 fee will also be applied to failed deliveries that require reshipment.  

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

 

Exchange Policy
Since a majority of our products are custom-made, all sales are final. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure accuracy when placing an order, as we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if there is an issue an order, please contact ShopHipHop.com™ so that the issue may be address accordingly.

 

Policy Changes
ShopHipHop.com™ maintains the right to make changes and or updates to our product prices, company policies and procedures. We ask that you check back with us periodically for any and all changes and/or updates.
